Thanks, OP. I almost posted this deal as well. Almost all the smaller and lighter items are amazing for this price. The Nordic Pro, and maybe the sled(?), also seem worth it to me. But the heavier stuff is definitely more like 50% off, as opposed to 80%+, with the shipping. And in no way are the weights a good deal.
The various "Turn your bench into a nordic" straps and stuff sort of work, but the key to any training is progressive overload, and it's downright impossible with those items and flat benches. Also just seems risky to have all the weight on one side of a bench, then come up with as much force as possible. But I did see somebody do progression by have a flat version with a stack of cushions, remove a cushion to progress. You can also sort of do it by having somebody hold your feet and doing this on the ground with a cushion. Anyways, I got one. There's other options as well, like Freak Athlete, which are set up for a bunch of different exercises. Probably why this line is getting discontinued.
Damn I was about to jump on the weights or Nordic Pro but not at these crazy shipping prices. $65 shipping just for the bench. Was $300 to ship the weights and bench or $230 shipping just for the weights alone. I get that its expensive to ship gym equipment via freight, but these are some of the highest costs I've ever seen and the items aren't near as heavy as most of my prior gym equipment purchases.
Shipping sucks but still under $200 for the nordic pro has me considering it. Nothing else near that price for a machine that allows adjustable nordics.
