I have both of these. They can remove lug nuts but I wouldn't recommend it. They work great on brakes and other medium duty jobs.

I love my 3/8 sub compact. I wish this was hackable, but if need 1/2 I probably want something with more power.

I use the 3/8 on lug nuts all the time. But they are lugs that I properly torqued and haven't been on long enough to get too corroded.
If you do your own rotations on a regular basis, these will be fine.

Same. I prefer this over the high torque so I don't over torque and strip threads.

I have a 1/2 inch drive Ridgid impact wrench from like.. 12-14 years ago that is a beast and keeps on churning and I think it was like 450 ft lbs of torque but there were some times when even it was not enough and i would have to break out the air impact. I recently picked up their high torque 900 ft lbs tightening, 1300 ft lbs removal torque wrench and it is an absolute unit.

Looks like this went up $10. Slept on it and would probably pick it up now but honestly don't use my impact that much.

Will wait for the next sale
