I had four phones on total Wireless they all joined at different times so I paid four different times of the month. Total Wireless consolidated the four payments into one, in a new single once a month payment plan. It's fine it's what other companies have done, if they do it right. To do it right they would either needed to prorate my bill so I'm not paying for the same days that I had already paid for, or just eat the cost. They chose to make me pay for the same days that I'd already paid for. For example I already paid on the first for the entire month then on the 15th they charged me for an entire month again. When I called customer service the only thing they could do was apologize, I even got apologized to by a manager. During that call I handed my wife the phone and I called my credit card company explain the situation and got a credit back to my card. After that call with the credit card company my wife was still being apologized to by total Wireless. I promised three things to the guy apologizing to me. Number one I will get my money back, number two I will leave their company, and number three I will share my story with as many people that'll listen. I fulfilled my promise.
Also I recommend staying away from this company unless you're technical because basically there's no customer service or support, so you're on your own.
My point is if you get this service you are on your own.

I go inside to inquire about it. The lady tells me , yes, it's free when you sign a 24 month payment plan...
Once they get you customer service absolutely sucks. I went back to my old cell company. Customer service locked my account so we couldn't get my account number or a pin number to port my phone number when I switched. Customer service kept us on hold for 50 minutes pretending to have issues getting the port number issued. We hung up and called a different customer service person, that person kept doing a sales pitch until I finally told him I didn't need a sale pitch all I need is the port number. Finally got the number and switched.

They told me I need to pay $225 filing fee NON-refundable.
Once case is filed, business can register to be in the consumer clause registry. If they do not register, then there's no case. So I would be out $225.
Please do let us know how you do it. Would like to take them to arbitration for sure, and no, I am not going to back off unless they offer me something like 93million $.
You can still get a $25 plan (but it's no longer locked for 5 years)
The premium plans only have Disney+ for 6months-- and in good news, international roaming now includes 100+ countries- so that like now includes Europe
