Let's not go too overboard. The dewalt compact is advertised around 400 lb-ft breakaway. TTC tested a near identical model to this Bosch at just over 400. So yeah, this isn't running with the big dogs in the group, but it's no slouch. If you're in the Bosch line, this is a great deal.

Here is the reality. Bosch tools are slightly underpowered. Will you get the same utility between a bosch / dewalt? The dewalt will be more powerful, but likely it's useful service life will be significantly less.

This is weak. Like, sub compact weak. There's nothing mid-torque about this. Get the Ridgid mid torque. There's a deal on here for it for $81. It's far stronger, and has a lifetime warranty.
