Was able to replicate with 3 units and using any WAGS cash resulted in zero rewards.

I have $10 of Wags Cash so with 4 units the total came out to:
$62.50 out of pocket, deduct $15 rebate and $27.61 earned in Wags cash

It sounds good but the math doesn't really math on the toilet paper calc.
