I have the 2000 model and in case this is important to you, Segway app is so rudimentary that it doesn't do much of anything. You might as well don't use the app.

The heater will eat up power fast, the door , not so much …you will have to charge it every few days if running a heater for extended periods.

I had to check to see if it was the same Segway (or at least the remnants that Ninebot owns). I'm old enough to remember all the hype around it "Ginger" and "IT" and how it was going to be bigger than the PC (Ron Howard narration: "It wasn't") and that future cities would be designed around it.
