Not sure what you are seeing, but the tool with 5ah & 2ah batteries is showing $180. I think I would keep the batteries for the extra $75.

Yeah I'm no stranger to home depot hacks, but I'm not seeing anywhere on here that a free tool is included, or "shop this offer" or anything like that.

$199 is a horrible price for a 5AH and 2AH battery.
