Can't talk about the battery life but the deal is near to slick. You're getting a not so old processor (only 2 years old) that is still very powerful and efficient for the price. This is 7000 series of the Inspiron series so it's above the budget 3000 and 5000 series, so better build quality. The display is also not the 1200p 45% NTSC, that is usually found at this price range, but the 1400p with 100% sRGB. The battery size is also good along with 1TB SSD; you normally find less of that around this price.

Looks pretty good if not a bit quirky. It has a power jack available but comes with a USB C power adapter only, using up the only USB C port available. Too bad only 60Hz display.

If this was ~$450 I'd pull the trigger. As it is, this Acer is a better deal I think: https://www.ebay.com/itm/276709583737

Despite it being listed as Certified refurbished which is supposed to be pristine like new, the one I received from the Acer listing had noticeable wear marks and can with the wrong charger.
The screen and build quality are nice though.

Yeah, I suspect you can get a power cord (the round one) somewhere, but I've never tried.

I use something like this with it:

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08C9HZ...asin_title

I will note that the Inspiron 14 plus is noticeably heavier than some of my other machines, like the Lenovo Yoga I picked up at Best Buy a few weeks ago.
