I can recommend this book. I picked it up from my local library. I wrote back to the author thanking him for some of the stuff he'd written well. He wrote back as well. All in all, very positive interaction.

I can recommend this.

Got this as audiobook from the library. Thought it was a nice collection of tidbits, nothing earth-shattering or really new. More of a common sense pill presented in an easily digestive shape.

Of course, every one is different, so it's just an opinion.

To pick a few examples of what I would recommend... I love the audiobooks by Gary John Bishop and Miguel Ruiz Jr., both answering questions in new ways.
