It's a battery charger for Dewalt commercial equipment 60v batteries, called PowerShift. They are for big concrete tools, batteries are about 1000 each and they are huge. Not sure why Amazon puts it on sale. It's not the kind of thing consumer level tool buyers would ever need. Powershift tools start around 5000.00.
