If you have a PC, these are $24 on Steam and GOG. Way cheaper on grey markets...

All three will run on a potato.

These did not age well. I was obsessed with the original Turok as a kid. I got about an hour of nostalgia and then I just couldn't do it anymore. Frown

U serious? I mean the game hasn't changed one bit. It really folks like u, me and anyone else who obviously arent who we once were. I have this, not for nostalgia reason but rather the physical combo pack. Individual titles are out of print so there's value...and I want to give this game a go even though this game is semi long to complete so I just play here and there.

Rule of thumbs when gaming,: if the session starts to come less joyous, just take a dang break and return later...or try something else new. Not by force or grinding it out lol

Oh no I know what you mean. I LOVED the original back in the day. But it's like that for every game, any more. Once you get older, you lose the simplicity of being a kid, no matter how much you try to chase it.

They run on a potato because they haven't done much to "remaster" it. I have the PC version Turok 2 from the 90s and all they improved was adding controller support and removed fog... but they didn't increase sight distance of the bad guys, so there's some that are supposed to be waiting in the fog that will just stand there waiting.

I feel like they aged okay, getting the dual stuck control does make them FAR more easier than the tank controls of the original. The graphics basically being untouched was the biggest disappointment. I wasn't expecting Oblivion Remaster level graphics overhaul but they literally did nothing with the 1990's PC version but remove fog.
