The calorie amount is a shocker, which made me look at the macro breakdown. A serving is two scoops (probably to make you use more). So the 30+ grams of protein is really only 16g for one scoop, which is really low for a typical powder. I do like the fiber, but I can get my fiber in other ways, and not have to combine it with protein which may increase bloating.

Muscle Milk is a brand that uses all deceptive tactics: increase scoop size per serving to encourage usage, it inflates protein amount, add tons of fat to make it taste good to increase consumption. Just know what you are buying into, if you want it.
