Does anyone know of a power station that has pass thorough power? I'd like to find one where I can keep my cpap plugged in, if the power goes out, it automatically switches to battery. Every one I look at has a power button. Which would mean I'd have to plug the cpap machine in and turn the power on, on the power station. Basically like a battery backup, but with a larger battery of 50k ah or more.

It features a built-in UPS function with a 20ms switchover time. This means that if your home power goes out, the unit will switch to its internal battery fast enough to keep most electronics running without them rebooting.

Keep in mind there's gen 1 vs gen 2. This is a gen 1 which I prefer for the light bar and option for expandable battery.

This model can do what you're asking. Most of the ones I've seen in the past year can operate as a UPS. The one thing to keep in mind though is some models do not flip back to pass through mode automatically once the power comes back.

what other differences gen1 vs gen2 are there besides light bar and exp battery? Usually the main difference between v1 and v2 has been LIPo battery but I'm surprised a gen 1 already has lipo battery.

I believe it's a faster a faster UPS backup, from 20ms to 10ms. Gen 2 also supports a slightly higher output and peak draw. Gen2 is probably the one to go with except for people that want to expand it. I just went with Gen2 since this is my first battery backup and wanted to test it and also because if I think I need an extra battery, I'm probably going to save and just get the bigger model.
