Looks like the different colors have different uses/stiffnesses.

I have this set and have used it a few times. Theyre fine for my use case (scrubbing shower, polishing bottoms of stainless steel pans, etc). I think I paid around the same a year or so ago (on a deal), so not a bad deal.
