They meant that it actually attached to the outlet, not a normal surge protector that's a cable attached to a box. It's an outlet extender specifically.
This is basically the regular selling price for this item, not a deal. And it's gotten posted already in the last week, little bit tired of seeing the same 'deals' repeatedly.
