Wow. Read the 1 star reviews if you are considering this. I was, to replace one I had for a decade before we needed to replace a switch, and then something else went wrong and it started making a grinding noise. I'm still waiting for my son the electrical engineer to look at it.
Most of the one star reviews complain of missing items, a few calling the heater "defective" (which every product has DOA's), another person seemed confused to what a 1500w heater should be able to do. One review did mention a fire hazard then ranted about the lack of a "tip over switch"....which makes it sound like they caused their own problem. FWIW, tip over switches aren't required on most electric heaters...they are nice to have features though.
Question, did you look at any of the 5 star reviews or just cherry pick the 1 star....while clearly not reading them?
Other than that, I'm not sure what the problem is. A 1500w heater isn't going to even heat a small room, they are space heaters at most. Plus a larger unit like this is going to take a very long time to slowly radiate heat, which is kinda the point. 1500w is also the max you can plug into a 115v (15A) plug without tripping breakers.

We have this, it works well for a medium sized room, we actually used it in our living room and it kept us warm. Had in our master but since moved over to oil filled, as I like that better.. we keep this one in our kids room, it is 10x10 and gets very hot if not on lowest setting.
It did "die" a couple times, the flame effect (and sound maybe) was loose out of the box, I opened it up and securely connected it.
No other problems through three Illinois winters.

I have never ever owned an electric heater without a tip over switch. Actually I have never owned any heater without a tip over switch electric, kerosene, propane, LITERALLY ANY! 1500 watts is the exact same output as any electric space heater unless you buy the absolute cheapest one that can be found, 1500W is about what a standard 15 amp home outlet can provide with a bit of safety margin. So this thing is no better at providing heat than one of these $20 units although it looks a bit nicer! https://www.amazon.com/Amazon-Bas...9hdGY&th=1

I've owed no less than 10-12 space heaters in my life and have had one with the tip over feature so I have no idea what you are talking about.

Pro-tip don't buy your space heaters from, Temu! Do you want a video I have 5 different ones in my house right now and they all have tip sensors! Literally never seen one without that feature! You sure yours don't have it and you just don't know about it? According to AI most have this feature but "some" don't so I guess your just buying the bottom of the barrel there ! Even if they don't have the tip sensor they should have an overheat sensor that detects when the heater is blocked and turn off ( like if it falls over on its face or is covered with a blanket or towel) AI Overview
While most modern electric space heaters sold in the U.S. include tip-over switches as a standard safety feature—often mandated by local fire codes or UL certification
—it is not guaranteed for all models. Consumers should always check for this feature, as some, particularly older or specific models, may lack them.
