Good deal for a Zen 3 chip. Graphics are Vega 7. They are on the weaker side. I wouldn't get this for any newer gaming. Lower end emulation might be better.

Be careful - most of these include SATA drives and not NVME. Huge difference there.

It'll do fine if you don't need much transcoding. You probably want an intel chip if you do require it. In my experience, you can deal with the transcoding issue if you're only using it for yourself. If you are sharing it with family and friends, you'd basically need to transcode every piece of media you put on the thing or they will constantly be bothering you about one thing of the other not working on one of their devices. I ended up buying an intel N150 machine that works great for plex and can transcode many 4K streams at once.
