Certified Refurbished w/2-year warranty on sale again for $170 from Secondipity--Authorized Sony reseller.
YMMV, but I got my last pair for $140 by making an offer the last time they were on sale at $170. They respond quickly if they're going to accept.
Requisite note: yes the XM5s have hinge issues, but the (Allstate) warranty should cover. I've never had a problem with mine, but I treat them gently and keep them in their hard case when traveling.
