B+ rated on PSU Tier List. Only concerns are poor 3.3V transient response and the fan can be a little noisy under load as Corsair used rifle bearing fans vs maglev (found in the RMx-series PSUs).

This model comes with a 600W 12VHPWR cable.

I bought this about a year ago and the fan clicks under certain loads. Hopefully they've fixed that recently, but it's definitely annoying.

That said it was $170 then, so this is a much better price.

I don't recommend these "e" series after I tried an RM850e. The fan bearing noise when ramping up/down is way too loud and distracting, and there's other models/makes out there that run silently at a similar price point. My 2 cents, at least.

Just a heads up, these have no -12v rail so some users may have issues with bootup or accessories.

Great product had it for 6 months. It's never made any loud sounds. I use about 600 Watts of power on average.
You know it will last long because it has a 7 year warranty on it.

Just speaking out of speculation and you never used this product. Where is the down vote on here?

Bought this last year and only issue I found was the noise. It really does get pretty loud under load

I've had the RMe1000 for two years now and it's been rock solid. I run it under heavy load and it stays quiet and no noise, about the clicking sound? No at all. I highly recommend it.
Corsair's warranty support is excellent too; they're responsive and stand behind their products. Very happy with the company overall. I have 3 built with the corsair PSU and no problem so far. the oldest being 6 years already.
Check the warranty, on their PSU, i think is 5 and 7 year for some series. I dont recall.
