As for buying name brand? The Chinese reverse engineer the actual technology so this is about just as good as the 5x priced stuff.
The clip earbuds look interesting, Bose open ear are $300 in comparison. Jlab has clip earbuds that look almost identical to these for $50 but currently on sale at $30/$40 depending where you buy them.

I don't know why I feel like this entire name brand is simply a dude buying electronics in bulk on Alibaba and requesting they brand them - UGreen.
edit: No, you right. UGreen is actual name brand for bunch of stuff directly sold on Alibaba. The savings aren't that great either vs these prime deals. Alibaba requires 5-10 minimum purchase amounts so you're better off buying directly from Amazon.
HiTune S3 Open Ear buds for instance listed here are $20 with Prime $16 with the coupon but Alibaba wants $13-14 and you need to buy 5 minimum.

I actually hate the sound quality of my Baseus Bass BC1 (yes, even for open ear -- honestly sounds like a 1990s headset), but this is one feature I missed when I got a different pair with decent sound. So about half the time they're just paired with my phone and it's nbd, but when I'm out and also using my laptop it's nice that they connect to both.
