I have this. It's solid though it's two pieces joined with a collar and bolt at the middle. So forget about ever putting a hand at the center. Ultimately, it's probably got too many grip options. That 45° one is just not quite right for me and messed up my wrists. And when you're on that with the wider perpendicular grips, you have to be careful not to hit your face on the close grips.
