These look like the same sockets where Milwaukee sources theirs from in east Asia.

Maybe it's just me, but I get weirded out when Chinese companies put stuff like "US" or "USA" in their name when they don't have an office or even a distribution point in the states. Feels overly deceptive and I choose not to buy from them out of principle.
At least the random named brands aren't trying to fool anyone.

I agree, but a ton of foreign companies do that. Hyundai doesn't name their "Tucson" or "Santa Fe" the same thing overseas. And don't even get me started on Harbor Freight "US General", "Chicago Electric", etc.

I know what you mean, but you misfired a little on the examples. The Hyundai Tucson and Santa Fe are both built in Montgomery, Alabama.
Yes, Harbor Freight is selling Chinese made products with American sounding names, but at least HF is a US based company with US based locations and 30k US employees.
Seesii-US doesn't have any of that. I know it's an arbitrary line to draw, but my head says using "US" in your name when they have zero affiliation or business presence in the US means they've crossed the deceptive threshold and they don't get my money. Again, that's just me and my weirdo perspective. YMMV.
