I signed in and used the coupon. But maybe it is select accounts after all. Or perhaps you'd used the coupon on a prior purchase? Anyway, sorry it isn't working for you.

I've had so much expired food with Amazon. I was worried they were going to lock my account from all spoiled and spilled food returns so I just stopped buying food from Amazon.

I don't know how they think they are going to manage grocery stores. Maybe that's why they keep failing at it.

Sorry to hear. My experience in tens of thousands of dollars of groceries has been the opposite whether it's pantry or fresh items from any of their online outlets (I haven't been to a physical Amazon store like Go etc). Maybe it's location/warehouse dependent.
