This 1st gen FX1471 is bigger than the gen 2 high torque but it is rated 800ft lb fastening and 1200 ft lb loosening. This is plenty good for working on every sub compact, sedan, SUVs and light trucks including Ford F150s.
I have seen the Gen 2 going for $169 to $189 on line. I used this Gen 1 on my brake and rotor replacement and it was a breeze removing the lug bolts on my 2012 Jetta and 2021 Mazda CX5 lug nuts.
I wish I arrived at Lowe's earlier when they had the Gen2 kit going for what it goes for right now without battery online.
