Any benefits compared to regular ol' creatine? I usually scoop mine in with other stuff, so flavor was never a concern.

Sucralose. DNA altering ingredient. Pass. Creatine is cheap. Don't subject yourself to sucralose to save money.

Since this is creatine monohydrate, it's basically the same across the board. That said, if you're a stickler for purity and quality control, Creapure (from Alzchem Germany) is still the gold standard. Creatine mono is virtually flavorless. It's way easier to choke down than stuff like BCAAs/leucine (bitter) or citrulline malate (tart as hell). Depending on how micronized it is, some brands might feel a little grittier than others, but it generally mixes into anything...so I prefer going unflavored as well

I think the main benefit is that this is easily mixable
The Optimum Nutrition stuff I have doesn't mix in water for shit, so we have to put into a shake or yogurt or just kinda drink sandy powder suspended in water (until it quickly collects at the bottom of the glass). I'd generally say NBD, but the Optimum Nutrition (which is I think is the cheapest) is $27 for 120 5-gram servings, while this is $12 for 50 servings. Pretty much the same price per gram, so if the mixability is a plus for you then this is probably a good buy.

I scored the 150g/5.29oz bag of Creapure for $7.99 w/ 50% S/S coupon @ AMZN https://amzn.to/4qisxzQ
