That 32" TV isn't worth $95 or whatever they're selling it for. Heck, if you want a 32" 720p TV, you can probably get one close to free on Craigslist.

This TV is unlikely to handle HDR in any passable way, but most people who buy TVs like this don't realize it. It's one of the reasons people complain about things looking too dark or washed out. These budget tier TVs do not have the brightness levels, black levels, and processing to render HDR properly. You're better off watching SDR content (usually 1080p) than 4k HDR on a TV like this. These are actually really solid if you are fine with SDR content and that's what I use my budget Hisense for. I avoid streaming or watching HDR content on my Black Friday Hisense and it's perfectly fine.
