There is no after sales support for any Redragon products. I bought Redragon K550 mechanical keybords from a selller named ChallengerUSA in Amazon which failed in less than 6 months and unable to get any help. ChallengerUSA was not helpful at all. I reached out to Redragonshop thinking they might be the manufacturer but below is the reply I received from Redragonshop.
"We are Redragonshop, an authorized distributor of Redragon products, and NOT a manufacturer.
We truly agree that the seller and the manufacturer should provide warranty support to their customer"
So, unless you want to throw money down the drain please stay away from Redragon products

Redragon.com is the manufacturer. They have a support page clearly listed.

Bought two red dragon devices keyboard and mouse awhile back. After a month I threw them away. They were more about RGB lighting and less about quality builds. Felt cheap. Was cheap. Landfill type stuff.

Have a K582 mechanical keyboard since 2021 with an Intel Z490 motherboard. I did not install any extra keyboard driver since I just need it for productivity (heavy use though) that a backlighted keyboard helps.

What does it have to do with your motherboard chipset?

We've bought a bunch of Redragon mechanical keyboards over the years (always SlickDeals), and they've held up well. Yeah, they feel cheap, but they still work. One is in a dusty warehouse environment covered with a thick layer of dust. Another is at a desk of someone who eats at their desk and cakes their keyboard in food crumbs, etc.
They don't survive fluid spills, but that is to be expected of nearly all mechanical keyboards. I still recommend Redragon for now. No idea about this particular keyboard, which seems to be a cheap rubber dome keyboard.
I would not buy one for myself, but I build/solder my own mech keyboards from kits.

Non mechanical keyboards are a waste of your time and the planet's resources.

"Bananas cost $10" type of post. That's money that's been burnt, wasted, no where to be found. How lucky you are to not care about throwing $8 away for e-waste. Perfect candidate to be suckered into HOA housing and time shares.
