Yeah that is really bad. I've not been a fan of their bottled sauces as they do not seem to taste the same to me but that is a big YMMV on taste. We've pretty much stopped going due to how bad the BWW restaurant experience is these days. It used to be one of our favorite sports bars for food. However, these are pretty consistent top ten lowlights for the franchises in NC/SC:
1. TINY wing portions that look more like toothpicks (bone-in) and/or balls of fried dough (boneless) than actual chicken.
2. Single bar tender covering entire bar area = slooooooooow service and/or drinks.
3. Single waiter covering rest of the restaurant = sloooooooooow service and/or drinks.
4. 20 piece order with four sauces = mixed up and/or unlabeled sauces that looks like someone vomitted over the entire order.
5. Ridiculously high prices for craft beers.
6. Ridiculously high prices for wings.
7. Broken and/or non-functional TVs.
8. Music so loud you can hardly have a conversation with your party.
9. Dirty and/or stained menus.
10. Unbussed tables (likely due to #2 and #3).

My favorite flavor mango habanero not listed at all how sad
sigh - i think they discontinued this? Last few times I checked at my BWW they didn't have it. could be coincidence.
That - and Famous Dave's killing Wilbur's revenge - has literally made me not want to go to these places!
Good price but these things do have a shelf life so dont overbuy. We consume a lot of the spicy garlic and have noticed a dip in quality lately. Lot of times the sauce starts to seperate and has an odd harsh taste. Snagged a couple from here, maybe my local stores have old stock...

Sounds like your location has issues
My BWW is great with bogo Tuesday and points and deals I accumulate. Honestly cannot say their prices are bad on the BOGO wings and their rewards program deals.
If you dont like it grab their asian zing, mango habenero and parm garlic sauce and get frozen wings from costco i get their uncooked wings or the chipotle bbq wings that are on sale and use the BWW sauce.
