I bought one of these two weeks ago but it was "Renewed Premium" for about $50 more. Do not recommend. The watch arrived scratched all over with an aftermarket charger. It will take a couple hours to update it to OS 26 before you can use it. After the update, the battery health was at ~80% and not the >90% as advertised.

I did returned it but unlike other Amazon returns, you will not get your money back until after they receive and inspect the item, which can be up to 30 days. Others seem to have better luck with Amazon Renewed but this will be the last time I purchase refurb electronics from them. It's not worth the risk and the hassle.

This should be fine if you can register the product with your Apple ID and provide the matching serial numbers.

I can get a Series 11 with sport band on eBay for around $370 used with a 1-year Allstate plan included. A 2-year newer model that has 5G instead of just LTE and has always on display. Why would I pick this one? It is also significantly heavier than the Series 11.
I should add that I don't swim or run. I'm a 67-year-old retired guy.

Better battery life and the flat screen is far more user friendly. Also more premium materials. But yeah, it's chunkier and doesn't have 5g, and older processor. I think functionality the trade-offs make the ultra a better deal if both watches are roughly the same price, but up to you what you value.

I received mine and it was meh, had some sticky glue behind the front face of the watch, the watch looked pretty old though no scratches but looked like a market place deal. Didn't even check the battery, going straight back to Amazon. Just decided to get a new one from Best Buy for 539 ! Not worth the hassle of renewed or refurbished. FYI to those who are thinking about these Amazon deals
