The first had no Asus seal and sloppy tape destroying the box serial #.
The second had no Asus seal and no tape so the box was sitting in my building's mailroom half opened.
Make sure you chose to have it shipped in Amazon box during checkout.
I'm going to keep ordering and returning these until I get one that isn't used.
