I picked this up two days ago, but still have it in the box as was not sure how good a deal this is. Use is for heavy photography editing (not video) as my laptop that is only 18 months old can't always handle LR, PS & DXO files.

Probably fine so long as you never plan to upgrade. AFAIK dells use a lot of proprietary stuff so changing out otherwise common hardware can be a pain.

In this market is amazing

265 is a REALLY good pro cpu. basically best youd want to buy
32GB ram worth a house
5060TI 8gb more than enough for pro work, and can game well enough (esp with DLSS)

Should be perfect for that.

Three SATA slots [dell.com] and two hard drive bays [dell.com].

If you can spend another $200 at MC ...I'd go with the PowerSpec PC with 7500X3D and 9060 XT 16GB.
It's currently sold out at my MC but it was widely available before..Seems like people are grabbing these MC PS PCs up with the ram and GPU ram shortage. I just got a PowerSpec with the 7800x3D, 5070 Ti, 32gb DDR5, 2TB nvme...for $1,800 that I[m very happy with. But if this is good enough and you want this conservative office machine look...it's still a good deal.

the 5060 Ti 16GB has been available for a while...It's the non-Ti that only has a 8GB option. They are always trying to clear out the 8GB 5060 Ti and non-Tis on cheaper prebuilds.
