It's giving me the activation with ATT and Verizon screens, I think it's dead, glitch

OOS for all? When I try to add excellent model to cart it forces me to the pick a service page, with verizon being $699 and AT&T $799. No way to continue other than selecting a service... Anyone else experiencing this?
