I would stay away from fair condition. I bought an S24+ from them last year in fair condition and it looked like someone had taken a box cutter to the screen.

Well i managed to see it in time and picked up an excellent condition from a bestbuy only 20 minutes from me. I picked it up and its in great shape, but sadly it didn't include the charger despite being described as 'excellent' with all accessories included.
