I know I shouldn't for longevity but I've been tossing everything into the dishwasher. The glass, plastic and silicon pieces all still look new. The enameled metal is starting to flake a little bit but it still works. I'll probably start washing that by hand now that I've confirmed it can't handle the harshness of a dishwasher.
Anyhow, at this price I'm grabbing one more. Thanks OP!
If so, I guess it may depend on whether you consider plastic natural.

Also, I'm glad to see the perch design has changed slightly. They appear to be molded with the top piece now so they are slightly more elevated and there's better spacing between the perch and the feeder. I'm sure it was a freak accident, but one hummingbird managed to fly in at just the right angle causing it to become trapped in that space and unfortunately died shortly after I freed it.
Though I won't say I don't recommend this feeder as I'm sure this is a rare occurrence and it does seem to happen regardless of perch design based on internet comments.

I saw this hummingbird visited my flowers pot the past summer and fall. Still saw it flying around my garden this winter. So I got the feeder from dollar tree. It works fine but pain in the a$$ to clean the inside of the bottle.
