Reviews aren't bad but the strap appears to be on the smaller side. There's an annoying tendency on Amazon where they group reviews for all sorts of products together, but here's a link to to the reviews of just the headband:

Have this, it's ok but if you have a big noggin or a thicker face pad it doesn't have the range to fit very well. The top pad is soft but the back is pretty firm.

If anyone is looking for a new headset then I HIGHLY recommended splurging the extra $20 or so and get a BoboVR Halo style headset. Complete night and day difference. Day 2 of having a Quest 3 I got the BoboVR halo with double external battery packs with charger. Best $60 I could have ever spent on it. Edit - prices are of course higher now from over a year ago.

Maybe the version you are looking at. Currently see for $51 with a single battery pack. I also created a 3d print, available on Thingiverse, to get the cable a bit more out of the way.
