It appears you can't remove the cooking grate for cleaning. This one is bigger, 52", with a side table, removable cooking grate, and cover for $10 more. https://www.amazon.com/Outside-Bu...31-5846859

Yes you can. You can see the pin the photo. How else would you adjust height or rotate?

The grate is the table and you cannot adjust the height. Removing a flame hot grill grate with food on it sounds fun.

According to the manual, the cooking grate, pole, and swing handle are bolted together, so you can't remove just the cooking grate (without unbolting) to soak it for cleaning.

For cleaning purposes as I like to presoak it before cleaning.
