I ordered this yesterday and it arrived today. Can confirm they are the 6ah MAX batteries. The pic shows a case and charger, neither of which are included.

It's a great little router. Mine failed on me pretty early, but LSA came though and I got it replaced. Don't forget to register your tools.

It has plenty of power for its intended use, but if it's giving you problems, try making several passes with less material removal per pass instead of going whole hog on one pass.
