Bought one before. This is a very weak saw. It gets stuck constantly. With no handles in this saw, your best shot is to buy a bypass lopper. HD sells Fiskars lopper at a regular price of $19.98 with much more control and safer than this one.

My experience is totally different. I bought it once to try out because it's too good to be true for the price. After I cleaned up my yard, I bought another one for the replacement parts if needed in the future.It got stuck maybe you didn't let the gravity do the work. Even big chainsaw also got stuck and burned if you work against gravity. I always trim the trunks from the top down or at least let the gravity pull the cut side apart.

The batteries in these are horrendous. Both batteries on mine burned out after 4 regular uses. Nothing crazy either.

It doesn't surprise me for this price but mines been fine. Honestly I have no idea how they can sell this thing for this price.
