I've had this exact one since 2021, paid $12. Cuts great, cleaning can be a little annoying taking it apart but it takes up less space and is safer with the cover, not that anyone hurts themselves with a pizza cutter (typically). Overall, I'd recommend and would buy it again!

I would avoid this product if you like to make NY-style pizza or any pizza with a relatively firm crust. When you have to apply a lot of leverage to make the cut, its harder to control than a cutter with a typical handle. And for the same money you can get a decent traditional cutter.

I loved ours! Until I dropped it on the floor one time and the latching mechanism broke. Don't drop it!

Have you tried this product? I feel that is exactly what it is great with since you apply all the leverage from the top down. I have this and used for years, am from NYC and it works great for all types of pizza. Easy, much safer than traditional cutters (my uncle almost lost his eye from a pizza cutter wheel that broke off). This plastic guard blocks it.

It is also easier for me to clean than a traditional cutter, since you can get everything off the wheel (360) since it comes apart in a second. Then can also throw in the dishwasher.

I bought this a few years ago, it's terrible and I threw it in the garbage. Use the old school cutter, tried and tested

Awesome, everything will stuck on the underside of the wheel blade that you can't take out.
