Do not buy this. It's forsure a low quality supplement with a fairy dusted laundry list of ingredients. If you look up each ingredient you'll find a bunch of literature about how they're great for digestion and gut health but the question is are they actually dosed well. There's a lot of ingredients that are under dosed, the probiotic doesn't even make sense for 200B CFU to fit into 50mg, and cascara sagrada and concentrated aloe very are potent stimulant laxatives. This is the typical low quality kitchen sink/fairy dust Amazon supplement you'll find everywhere on the website.
If you want better digestion there are other much better supplements. A comprehensive multi strain probiotic WITH a delayed release capsule to make sure they survive the stomach acid is a good start. Another good one to look for is AstraGin. Absolutely incredible for repairing the gut and even improving nutrient absorption. Taken together, these can really help a "leaky gut". One more good one is Zinc carnosine. It directly helps repair the gut lining as well.
Don't waste your money on low quality supps even if they're cheap.
