Showed up looking new but was a little beat up being Amazon repacked it in a much larger box than they should have and did not pad it it well. Works fine, 1 broken wheel I 3D printed a replacement for it. Otherwise just scratches. Smoking deal for a simple window AC. Wonder how hard it is to take it apart? Inevitably in my area the window AC unit will grow mold inside of it and I need to open it up to clean and bleach. My current one is super old but it uses the same sized screws for everything which really simplifies opening it up to clean and disinfect it.
