I see this brand often these days when looking at supplements - do people trust Life Extension?

I've always felt most comfortable with NOW, Solaray, Narrow, and maybe a couple others (recently have used NutriCost, Doctor's Best, and Sports Nutrition).

They are highly respected using some of the best independent testing in the supplement industry right now

They are one of the most respected and trusted brands in the industry. They aren't flashy or TikTok trendy, but they were true pioneers in using clinical research to dictate their dosages and formulations. They are also consistently top-rated for purity and label accuracy, which is why they have such a loyal following.

Personally, as much as I like Jarrow Formulas (I assume that's what you meant by Narrow) for their focus on science-backed formulations, I would put Life Extension half a tier above them. NOW, Doctor's Best, Nutricost are also solid brands for their value while maintaining a strong focus on ingredients. Solaray is a solid "old school" brand, but it's becoming more of a legacy brand these days. Sports Research (likely what you meant by Sports Nutrition) is definitely the rising star right now...

Yep, Narrow = Jarrow.
