I think the deals with the Free 2.0ah High Performance Battery can be found here and are not in a Daily Deals section or anything
https://www.homedepot.com/p/RYOBI.../315039434

Basically, if you buy one of the listed 3 tools, you get this battery for free. Please see the box just below the price that says "Get this item for free with qualifying purchase."

If you click the empty box on the left, you have to select one of the tools and you get this battery for free.

Glue Gun
https://www.homedepot.com/p/RYOBI.../315309751

Random Orbit Buffer
https://www.homedepot.com/p/RYOBI.../320871077

Cordless 3/8 Impact Wrench (Please note only this tool shows HP which can use the added benefits of the included HP battery)
https://www.homedepot.com/p/RYOBI.../329566019

The price of $89 for the 2ah HP Battery is overpriced. But free in combo with one of the tools may make it worthwhile for you. Notice there is no charger.

I won't repeat prior deals on Ryobi batteries, but this standalone price is just way too high given the battery bundles over the last few months.

I own this buffer and love it. Got it for $20 for direct tools outlet. Works like a charm!

Posted those yesterday, but it's not a staff post so it gets buried... https://slickdeals.net/f/19177798

Is it for polishing furniture etc or do these work with cars or is it too small diameter for car?

Polishing, with a cleaner wax? I have the single speed version of this and it's completely under powered for any sort of paint polishing.
This is a wax application machine.

Bummer, OOS.
For those into this stuff, how does it stack up to compared to a 10" buffer? I've got a HF one from like a dozen years ago I'd love to replace, but wonder if this is one of those things where you really don't think about how much you miss 4 inches. (thats what she said). I've been on the fence about stepping up to a DA one. Just looking for something to do a basic "good" car wash and wax once or twice a year, and am tired of dragging a cord around.
