This compact thermal shipping label printer is best for quick, low-cost label printing for returns, eBay, UPS, and USPS. Setup can be fast, with USB, CUPS, Windows, and iPhone printing working, and it can feed single labels, rolls, or fanfold stock. It also avoids ink and monthly fees, and the included labels help keep the cost low. The main caveats are occasional print-quality and barcode-scanning issues, plus some uncertainty about bundled software and stock availability. A practical little label printer if you want to skip taping labels to boxes.

Can't vouch for this model but what a great price point. I have a bunch of label makers and printers, including a Rollo which this appears to be a ripoff of. They make shipping quite enjoyable. All of the 'features' in a printer just become additional points of failure over time. I do not want built-in wireless, bluetooth, scanning, cumbersome software, or ink carts. In 99% of cases, just need a thermal B&W to print without some fresh headache. As other commenters have presented, it's easy enough to set up wireless printing through whatever device you're connected to. One consideration - couldn't tell on the product page if this requires any software beyond the drivers, which I would be wary enough of installing on their own. Do not let 'ORGBRO' phone home...

Surprised these have gotten so cheap.
I usually buy used Zebra printers on eBay and they last a lifetime.

and the black one is slightly cheaper.

Otherwise, I can't tell the difference.
One spits out black and white labels, the other spits out white and black labels. Just that easy.

I'm on the fence with this one. Everybody says you should just get a cheap zebra or something, but what's the downside in buying this kind of printer?

These tend to work fine. There are tons of the same machines being pumped out in China. Zebras can last a long time with alot of volume. But these can do well, especially at the price.

I grabbed a NIB Zebra GK420d on eBay for $100. Such a huge upgrade over printing labels on paper and taping them to boxes. I am not even a high volume eBay seller and it was worth it to me.

You can also get free adhesive labels from UPS and maybe usps/fedex in 8.5x11 format. But at this price seems like having a dedicated label printer instead of manually loading labels into my laser is no brainer.

What's the group's recommendation for someone who wants a Wi-Fi enabled label printer but whose volume is super small for occasional eBay sales and Amazon returns. We're talking less than 5 a month?

Don't want to spend over $60
