Yes, that is better in every way except for soldered memory and 14in vs 15.6in display. People shopping for laptops with bigger screens want that screen for specific reasons. If you can find a better deal on a 16inch screen laptop let us know.

That one is also listed as certified refurbished. Mine came with visible wear and the wrong charger though. If Acer considered that certified, Very Good could be much worse.
The build quality is metal which is nice and screen seems better than most budget laptops.
Battery life should also be much better than a 13620H based laptop.
Swift Go is a higher level in Acer's line up than the Aspire Go.

13th gen intel processor. Sorry, I am still avoiding these, I don't care if Intel claims their issues are fixed now. The problem never should have happened in the first place and I don't know that I trust Intel going forward. The price would have to be very good for me to spend money on Intel anytime soon.

Anything below 226v I wouldn't bother with for endurance...
