Woot puts "NEW" in all caps and parentheses, but it seems these are technically "New; Open Box." Maybe I'm not reading it correctly. A little more regarding the condition:

"The units in this event are being sold as 'open box' condition. That means that they have been opened due to being a photo sample, a tested working customer return or having damaged packaging.
Some non-essential items may be missing from the box. That is the reason for the reduced sale price and the reduced warranty."

I've never had a soundbar that didn't get buggy after 6 months Q990d included. Anybody have better luck with these things?

Sonos arc is over priced fluff just like bose. No matter what income level your at there's a product for you, so lives within your means & quit trying keep up with your neighbors or you gonna be broke all the time.
