How much maintenance is there to consider with one of these?

Same question, and what kind of electrical work is needed prior to installation?

It needs a dedicated 20 amp, 120v circuit.

These don't get super warm. It will be disappointing if you are expecting regular sauna performance

100%. Operating temp between 120-130f is a joke.

That would be a steam room. No oven = no sauna.

I've had one for over a decade (same brand older Vienna model). Takes around 70mins or so to heat up to 138F. Mine is in my home gym and I always work out just prior to getting in so no issue getting a good sweat going.

I had a PU failure around 7yrs in but the company sent me a replacement free of charge. I soldered a new fuse in the broken PU and ran it for a few more years fine before it finally completely died in the past year after which I installed the replacement PU and was back up and running in an hour.

All in all I have been very satisfied, just understand what you are getting and the limitations of a FAR sauna.

See my prior comment about a power unit failure after some years, but outside of that the only maintenance I do is wipe down the interior with a damp cloth every few months and as mine has a heat element in the floor I sometimes remove the slatted wood above to clean that floor element as it gets dirty (but I think the newer models may have removed the floor element).
