Here's the thing, are these bad for your plumbing, yes, certainly, but I haven't had a problem, I encourage u to ensure you flush as much as possible if you're going to use them, more water to encourage their breakdown is a good thing, if you live alone use a bunch of these and do a single flush you're asking for trouble, directions say 1 per flush.
Second, I'll pass on these because they don't have the flip top lid, these will dry out before you get to the bottom of the pack and end up wasting many of them.

On Thanksgiving morning our basement drain starting gurgling up sewage.
Then we found the basement tub has already filled about half full from the backup.
10 minutes later the toilet erupted with a geyser if raw sewage. Thankfully we were able to get a pump to help contain the toilet, while we started bailing out the tub with 5 gallon buckets.
Over the next 3 hours I estimate that we pump and dumped about 3000 gallons of sewage from that bathroom. For most of that time the sewage was a steady 1-2 inches deep on the bathroom floor. This caused the sewage to start seeping under the bathroom walls and into the rest of the finished basement.
Per the claims adjuster: total estimated cost to remediate and refinish the basement will be $18-20K. We have flood insurance, but it will only over half of that.
What caused it? Someone in our neighborhood (not us!) using flushable wipes that got caught in the municipality sewer line, and started trapping and collecting grease. This caused 2 massive grease plugs that eventually sealed off off the link. Since we are on the low end, the sewer/drain water from our entire neighborhood was diverted back into our house. Unfortunately when our development was built in the lat 80s, backwater valves were not required or installed.
We tried filing a claim with our municipality's insurance, but because of our state's tort immunity law it was denied.
You might think "what's the harm?" but you will be selfishly wrong.
