I bought this on a whim when Amazon had it at a crazy discount, thinking it might be good for lunch. Ha the joke's on me. This stuff is pretty much inedible. Crazy amount of salt, plenty of fat, creepy consistency and bland, disagreeable flavor. This soup has nothing to do with enchiladas or Mexican food in general. Avoid.

Okay, first off forget the picture on the can, it isn't even close to looking that good. 30% more chicken, what was there before, these bits and tiny chopped up pieces do not do justice to the label. Soup tasted horrible to me, was too runny and soupy, expected thick and creamy. Could not finish the bowl and two more cans will go out the trash. Love most El Paso products, just not this soup, sorry.
