Yes, these are carbonated.

No, these are definitely carbonated. I believe all of the Ultra series is carbonated. The rehab series flavors are not carbonated and probably what you are thinking of.

I've gotten four total of these boxes from Amazon and every single time they're flat. Amazon's been great with refunds, but I don't exactly understand how all of their inventory is consistently flat.

These were addictive for me. At least 2 each day on ice for a few years.
I'm pretty sure they started to cause some skin issues because months after I quit, it got better.
.
So, YMMV. Great taste but what's in it.
Now I just stick with the most natural pre-work(caffeine) out and amino acid(no caffeine) powders. I miss the fizz though.

these are supposed to be flat. I drink the orange and Lemon all the time. I like because the don't have carbonation

I just grabbed a can from my fridge to look. #1 ingredient is carbonated water. I believe the lemonades are not carbonated. The carbonation in these orange cans is much lower (or seems lower) than some of the other flavors, like the Zero Ultra. But they are carbonated.
